Our mission is to change the traditional way of understanding competencies when it comes to matching candidates and companies. We work purposefully to minimize well-known biases in both companies and candidates, so the focus is on motivation and potential rather than a bulging CV. But we do not do it alone. Strong partnerships and networks are crucial for us, and we are therefore proud that we have quickly established a broad network, a strong advisory board, and partnerships both nationally and internationally. We believe that motivation and approach are the keys to success – and that is the approach we work with every day.

Mentors in the Ambassador Network typically have several years of experience in the business world and a desire to support others’ development.
As a mentor, you are expected to set aside time for sparring sessions and share your experience.
A mentoring program typically lasts 3–6 weeks with 1-2 meetings per program. The time commitment is agreed upon individually between the mentor and mentee.
We match mentors and mentees based on professional background, industry experience, and the goals the mentee is working towards. The matching process is done manually to ensure a good foundation for collaboration.
