Become a Case Company at Improve Business Academy

Do you have a project that keeps getting pushed aside because daily operations take priority?

At Improve Business Academy, you gain additional capacity and a concrete result – without hiring. You provide a clearly defined case, and we match you with a highly educated candidate who actively chooses your project.

You gain progress on a real business task – while also helping a candidate move forward with documented experience, a stronger professional network, and a solid case for their CV.

10 weeks, including 4 weeks of internship.

Match guarantee: if no suitable candidate is found, your case will automatically be carried over to the next cohort.

Collaborating with a highly educated candidate for 10 weeks?
We make it easy for you.

You describe a specific development task.

You outline a concrete case, and we help you define and narrow it so it can be completed within the timeframe of the program.

It only requires a short, overall description.

You receive a practical and usable outcome on a real business task – not just input

– and you can choose whether you prefer a Danish or an international candidate (and therefore also the language in which the case is carried out).

Candidates Choose You – and We Guarantee a Match

You receive a profile that is genuinely motivated by your specific task and the type of company you represent.

You meet the candidate and align expectations, framework, and next steps.

If, contrary to expectations, there is no suitable match for your case, we move it to the next cohort without any extra work on your part.

You get the right candidate – not just the first one available.

10 Weeks with Clear Deliverables

The program is structured to ensure steady progress throughout – and to make sure you end up with something you can actually use.

In the first four weeks, the case is approached in a structured manner, supported by experienced consultants who provide expertise, methods, and ongoing feedback.

The final four weeks consist of a company internship focused on execution.

For you, it's free!

Your company invests only in giving a candidate hands-on experience and access to your network. In return, you get a concrete development project carried out with a clear focus on creating as much value as possible for your business during the program.

You are under no obligation to hire. However, if it turns out to be the right match, we also advise you on the available wage subsidy schemes that can help reduce salary costs during the initial period.

What is Improve Business Academy?

Improve Business Academy delivers business-oriented programs where we match Danish companies with highly educated professionals – both Danish and international – based on motivation and practical methods rather than a backward-looking CV.

You receive a candidate who has actively chosen your case and who joins your company to create real progress on a specific task.

The programs run for 10 weeks and are offered nationwide in collaboration with local job centers and unemployment insurance funds.

Improve Business Academy is part of the consulting firm Improve Business ApS, which works with strategic business development in SMEs. This means our consultants can support the candidate throughout the process with professional sparring on your development project, project management, and execution – always with a focus on solutions that can realistically be implemented in a busy work environment.

Each year, we collaborate with more than 250 companies across industries and sizes. At the same time, we help candidates move forward: approximately 50% secure employment within three months – either with the matched company or through a sharper job search strategy and a stronger, case-based CV.

Which Profiles Are You Matched With?

All participants at Improve Business Academy hold a medium- or long-cycle higher education degree. We work with both Danish and international professionals who share one common factor: they are ready to move forward.

They typically fall into one of the following categories:

  • Recent graduates seeking their first job after completing their studies

  • Professionals with experience from one industry who want to apply their skills and competencies in a new role

  • Former managers who are looking for a forward-looking position without personnel responsibility

  • Experienced professionals aged 52+ who now face rejections for roles where they were once the obvious first choice

  • Former entrepreneurs who are ready for their next career step

What they have in common is motivation, maturity, and a clear intention to create value.
