Who are we?
Improve Business was founded in 2022 with a clear idea to use past experiences to rethink the approach to two of the biggest problems in Danish companies, namely sustainable development, recruitment and retention of employees.
Our team is composed so that no two people have the same experience or educational background. With us, diversity is what ensures that we drive change successfully. But we don’t do it alone.
Strong partnerships and networks are crucial to us and we are therefore proud that in a short time we have established a broad network, strong advisory board and partnerships both nationally and internationally.
Improve Business was founded by Anne Hørsted, who in addition to being our CEO is also an author, speaker and in 2024 was given the opportunity to be a European Climate Pact Ambassador.

Our mission is to change the traditional way of understanding competencies when it comes to matching candidates with companies. We work diligently to minimize well-known biases in both companies and candidates, so the focus is on motivation and potential rather than a backward-looking CV.
