In connection with our guidance, development and consultation of you as a client, Improve Business collects and processes a number of personal data about you. This privacy policy describes how Improve Business processes, uses and discloses your personal information.

Improve Business collects and processes the following types of personal data about you – to the extent relevant.
Common categories of personal data:
This includes name, address, email address, phone number, work relations, job title, education and job title.
Purpose
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Solving our consulting tasks; for example, by conducting interviews to gather information or conducting analyzes. In addition, we will conduct various tests, sparring sessions or team activities in connection with development processes. In some cases, in connection with conducting an analysis, we may obtain information about the use of time, salary and terms of employment.

- Comply with our obligations under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and other relevant health law legislation, e.g.

Volunteering
When we collect personal data directly from you, you provide the personal data voluntarily. You are not obliged to provide this personal data to us. The consequence of not providing us with the personal data will be that we will not be able to fulfill the purposes above, including in some cases not being able to provide you with guidance.
Sources
Our sources are always our customers themselves – we never collect data from third parties. We process the information received in accordance with this privacy policy.
Disclosure of personal data
To the extent necessary for the specific task, your personal data will be disclosed and shared with the following recipients:
- We never disclose data to 3rd parties.
- We can return data to our customers if they request this data.

The legal basis for collecting, processing and disclosing your personal data is:
- General personal data is collected, processed and disclosed in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) and (d) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. If you withdraw consent, it will not affect the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent, including a disclosure based on consent.
Use of data processors
Your personal data is not processed and stored with external processors, but is processed exclusively by Improve Business.
Storage period
We store personal data about you for as long as we need to fulfill the purposes stated above. There may be cases where we need to store your personal data for a longer period of time, e.g. in connection with a complaint or compensation case, in which case the data will be stored until the case is finally concluded.
Your rights
You have – subject to legal restrictions – certain rights, including the right of access to personal data, the right to have inaccurate data rectified, the right to have data erased, the right to have data restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data, including automated individual decision-making (“profiling”).
You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Danish Data Protection Agency.

By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive email marketing from Improve Business containing inspiration for SME growth and marketing for the program. At the same time, you agree to the terms and conditions for the newsletter.
Based on your behavior (e.g. if you open and click in an email) and the information you provide (your geographical location), we segment some of the content in our newsletters. You may therefore find that you receive specific emails based on your previous behavior.
