We match you with local companies and combine project management training with internships. The course part is held online, while the collaboration with a company takes place physically at the company. Here you work with project management in practice and each participant has their own company and their own development project to project manage during the six weeks.
Agile project management, especially through frameworks like Scrum, focuses on flexibility, rapid adaptation and continuous improvement. These methods are particularly valued at a time when companies often have to navigate rapidly changing market conditions.

Upskilling in project management
You will be upskilled in project management, including Agile project management, SCRUM, project finance, project planning and implementation. You will receive both a theoretical introduction to a number of tools while putting them into practice in connection with the development project in your company. This gives you a unique opportunity to build experience as a project manager as part of your upskilling.
