What does the Project Management course include?

The teaching is built for real business practice. You learn the methods and tools companies actually use — and you apply them immediately in your collaboration with a local company. Each week, you work on concrete deliverables such as project plans, scope definition, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, and follow-up, ensuring that learning is continuously translated into tangible results.

You are not left to manage on your own. You work in a group with participants from different professional backgrounds, bringing a strong interdisciplinary perspective to the case. At the same time, you receive close guidance from instructors who support you in developing your case, maintaining progress, and ensuring that your solutions create real value for the company—and can be clearly documented on your CV afterwards.
