Who can participate in the course?

The course is designed for unemployed professionals with a higher education or equivalent experience. It is relevant if you want to strengthen your existing profile and gain practical HR competencies that prepare you for working in an HR consultant role.

Can I take the course as unemployed?

Yes. The course can be approved as a job-oriented offer through your job center. Contact your job consultant to get it approved. We are happy to assist you with documentation to get the course funded in regions where it is listed on the positive list.

How are the classes facilitated?

The course is facilitated as a combination of physical attendance and online classes. You will work both independently and in groups on specific company cases, providing you with practical experience.

How many hours per week should I expect?

The course corresponds to a full-time program (approximately 37 hours/week), which includes teaching, group work, preparation, and case work. The sessions is placed between 9.00- 15.00. 

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. You will receive a course certificate documenting your acquired HR competencies from the programme – a valuable addition to your CV and professional profile

What if I get a job during the course?

That’s great! The course focuses on linking the program to your job search. If you get a job during the course, you can either discontinue the course or continue until your job starts.

When does the next course start?

We offer rolling admission, which means you can join the course on an ongoing basis. Start dates may vary depending on the programme, so please contact us for details. All courses are offered in both Danish and English.
