Solvieg Nielsen
The program has provided me with a significant boost and the collaboration with the company around the ESG report has strengthened my ability to translate sustainability strategies into concrete actions and create coherence between data, goals, and practice. I’ve discovered how my existing competencies in strategic leadership, partnerships, and development can be directly applied to work with the green transition.
Lia Tsagkarouli
"The team has been fantastic. They don’t just teach – they guide us. They understand how challenging this is. They provide us with practical tools we can actually use. And it was an amazing experience to feel that they’re truly cheering us on and making us feel welcome!"
Oskar Winkler Bruun
I received support from a dedicated subject specialist who introduced me to the key tools used in ESG work. I found that the teaching on green transition in practice was clearly designed to equip me, as a participant, with practical skills that were directly applicable in my company.
Viktoria Kiourtzidou
“In addition to the technical skills and targeted tailored feedback that I got, another valuable takeaway was that through coffee chats with the ambassadors, I learned how to confidently engage in conversations with professionals I hadn’t met before. I wish I had started the program earlier because I would have approached my job search and application process more strategically.”
