Choose Your Company Match
As a participant at Improve Business Academy, you are matched with a specific company and a real development project. This is not theory for theory’s sake – you work on real challenges where results are expected.
You choose the case that best matches your competencies, interests, and career goals from among the companies we have carefully selected. This ensures that you take on a project where you can both create value and grow professionally.

You step into the role of project manager and take responsibility for driving the project forward in close collaboration with the company.
This gives you hands-on experience, measurable results, and a strong reference for your CV..
No Need to Be an Expert
Your educational background or previous work experience is not a prerequisite for being matched with an exciting company. What matters most to the companies is your motivation to work with them.
During the first part of the program, you will be thoroughly prepared to begin your internship and to work on your specific case with a local company.

All of our participants are placed in a company and solve a specific challenge.
Half of our participants are employed within 3 months of completing the programme.

During the first four weeks, you gain substantial new knowledge and practical methods that build directly on your existing experience and competencies. You are given concrete tools that can be applied immediately in practice, taught by instructors who work hands-on with similar companies themselves.
The program also places strong emphasis on focused job search strategies. You are equipped with methods that enable you to clearly demonstrate your professional expertise, motivation, and ability to create value for companies. We provide 1:1 feedback on your application materials, your overall approach, and guide you in navigating the current job market.
The teaching is delivered both online and through in-person sessions in central Copenhagen, typically between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Improve Business Academy is your opportunity to try something new. Set aside your CV and past experience and focus on your motivation instead.
You get the chance to work with a real company on a concrete project – and test yourself in a setting where things happen in the real world.
Maybe you want to explore a new industry. Maybe you want to challenge yourself in a new role. Or maybe you simply want to experience what it is like to take real responsibility.
You also have the option to find your own company and arrange your internship placement with them.
The company internship builds directly on the course and the methods you have been working with from day one. As early as week two, you begin collaborating with the company, ensuring that theory and practice go hand in hand throughout the entire process.
You apply the tools in a concrete context, test them in real situations, and adjust as you go. The internship is not random – it is planned by you. You take the initiative, structure the process, and prepare a presentation for the company, setting the direction and framework for the collaboration.
At Improve Business Academy, you do not just meet companies – you meet people.

Start & Company Match
The program begins on April 13, 2026.
We’ll kick things off by focusing on your company match and giving you a thorough introduction to the program – so you’re well-prepared from day one. All in-person teaching takes place at Kongens Nytorv.
Companies at Improve Business Academy
We have a strong nationwide network and primarily collaborate with private-sector organizations – ranging from dynamic startups to well-established large companies. In addition, we also work with patient associations, membership organizations, festivals, and NGOs.
One of the best parts of the program is that you get to choose the development project you’re most motivated to work on. Every participant at Improve Business Academy is matched with a case they have personally selected. This allows you to tailor the program to your own interests and career goals.
