Join Improve Business Academy and enhance your skills in digitalization and project management – in close collaboration with a company of your own choosing.

This program includes a series of workshops designed to equip you with new tools and methods to support your job search. It’s about refining your approach to navigating the current job market and developing a strategy that leads to a signed contract.
But it’s also about how you can position yourself within the specific company you’re collaborating with. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your professional network via ambassadors affiliated with Improve Business Academy — experienced professionals ready to share insights and practical advice from their industries and roles.

We have a strong nationwide network and primarily collaborate with private-sector organizations – ranging from dynamic startups to well-established large companies. In addition, we also work with patient associations, membership organizations, festivals, and NGOs.
One of the best parts of the program is that you get to choose the development project you’re most motivated to work on. Every participant at Improve Business Academy is matched with a case they have personally selected. This allows you to tailor the program to your own interests and career goals.
