At Improve Business Academy, we have a diverse range of participants, including recent graduates, career changers, entrepreneurs, experienced professionals, and international attendees. We embrace this diversity and have extensive experience in leveraging your expertise.
What are the requirements for my educational level?
To work on the cases we offer, you need academic skills equivalent to a long or medium-length higher education. However, there are multiple paths: If you have gained similar experience through your career, you are likely also qualified. Don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll find a solution together.
What types of companies can I expect to work with?
Typically you will work with a local private company that seeks your help to develop a specific area of their business. Companies at Improve Business Academy vary in size and come from different industries. There are also festivals, NGOs, patient associations, and cultural institutions among the companies, which change from time to time.
Is it for both recent graduates and unemployed with experience?
The diversity of participants is great both in terms of age, experience and professionalism.
