What is the AR237 form?

The AR237 form is used when you, as a jobseeker, want to apply for a course approved on the national Positivelisten. Your unemployment insurance fund (a-kasse) or job center is responsible for receiving and processing the AR237 form. It’s important that you fill it out correctly in order to gain access to the 6-week job-oriented education program.

How does positivlisten work?

Positivelisten is an overview of courses and training programs aimed at sectors with high demand for labor. The list is continuously updated by the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR). Courses on this list can have a duration of up to 6 weeks and are publicly funded.

By using the AR237 Positive List, you ensure that the course you choose is both relevant and eligible for financial support. You simply need to find a course on the list that matches your interests and future job opportunities.

 

How to fill out AR237

  3. Fill in your personal details and the chosen course in the form
  4. Send it to your unemployment insurance fund (a-kasse) or job center – preferably well in advance of the course start date
